Challenge: Globally known as the leader of the world of technology, Microsoft Pakistan had the Grand Idea to engage its retailer base with an exceptional video concept. The challenge faced by our team at TNBT was to bring forward an ‘out of the box’ concept that gave the retailers their time and space to share their personal milestones and highlighted confidence achieved through Microsoft’s Promoter and Champion Programs
Solution: The remarkable team at The Next Big Thing devised a one of its kind video concept that incorporated the colors of different cities of Pakistan, and how the retailers present in each one of the cities have achieved their goals with the help of Microsoft bringing forth a Unified Image of Pakistan, and thanking the never ending efforts made by Microsoft.
Results: The retailers shared their experiences and gratitude regarding the program initiated by Microsoft. COOL N COOL – PSL Play & Win- Microsite
Challenge: Pakistan Super League a first time ever, personalized cricket league of Pakistan was set for its debut. Cool and Cool brought with it the challenge to digitally alleviate the presence of one of PSL’s leading sponsors with an idea that could digitally unite its fans with the national cricket league. Team TNBT accepted the challenge to devise a strategy that incorporated both the spirit of cricket and to garner a reputable fan base that was committed to the tournament.
Solution: The challenge was to engage a great number of audiences that were not only cricket fans but were also connected to the world of web 24/7. The team strategically devised a microsite ‘Cool and Cool Play & Win’ that allowed fans to go through an exuberant rapid fire round and answer as many interactive questions as possible that increased their chances of winning exciting prizes.
Results: The microsite provided a far engaging environment for its audience where the users got a chance to participate and stay updated, our client Cool and Cool experienced an exponential growth that reached out to a very vast chunk of the target audience.View
MCB-AH – Bachat ka Doosra Naam
Challenge: MCB- Arif Habib brought a challenging yet a very promising campaign, De-Tax Your Salary, an initiative by MCB-AH that was set to enable its consumers to De-Tax their salaries and at the same time get the opportunity to invest their hard earned money in various profitable ventures. To get the idea of De-Taxifying one’s salary was quite a challenging project to execute.
Solution: Team TNBT worked on projecting and delivering the campaign on the lines of an appealing and creatively designed visual content, and developed a campaign that was based on the strong pillar of ‘Bachat ka Doosra Naam’ animated video. The animated video was devised to creatively deliver the various aspects of the campaign and to get the idea across of the services provided by MCB-AH to its audience.
Results: The entire campaign was a massive hit that led to provide MCB-AH with successful leads through the campaign. The animated video was designed and compiled creatively to fully inform the consumers regarding the benefits associated with the De-Tax Your Salary campaign.
MOIN KHAN ACADEMY
Challenge: Ramadan has always been the month of festivity in Pakistan, with lots of food, gatherings and night cricket. Moin Khan, one of the former Captains and Wicketkeeper of the Pakistani cricket team has been organizing the exciting T20 Cricket Tournament for years. This year yet again, TNBT collaborated with the 5th Corporate T20 Cup as their Official Digital Media Partner to bring forth an exciting event campaign that not only keeps the digital audience engaged and informed but also creates a dedicated cricket loving fan base.
Solution: The devoted team at TNBT managed the entire event with full zest and passion. Shared live score updates, Facebook live feed of nail biting match over along with a broad magnitude of interactive content was published and shared across various social media platforms.
Results: This year the 5th Corporate T20 Tournament witnessed a greater number of digitally active and enthusiastic audience that were more than excited and looking forward to the upcoming match announcements, interacted upon the live match updates and eagerly shared their opinions and predictions over the ongoing matches.View
TNBT was given a task to celebrate two million fans on our Facebook page. Being one of the top Facebook communities of Pakistan we had a responsibility to create a big idea generating maximum fan engagement and hype for the social campaign.
The Next Big Idea was to thank 2 Million fans through an animated video with a customized name of each user on Facebook and rewarding them with exciting discounts and prizes, backed by a strong campaign idea.

Challenge was to give a big thanks to one million valuable fans on Advance Telecom Facebook page by incentivizing them and celebrating the event. Big Idea was to meet the aforementioned challenge that was to create maximum engagement and generate maximum word of mouth on the social platform.

IMTIAZ SUPER MARKET
New to the idea of Digital Advertising and Social Media, Imtiaz Super Market joined hands with TNBT with the sole objective of satisfying their customers Online.
The chore for TNBT was to increase brand awareness and position Imtiaz Super market as a part of user’s daily life.
Not only this, Imtiaz Super Market wanted a life on Social. A life where ISM would Recruit, Retain and Engage users online by providing them with the same services digitally.
The plan devised by TNBT was simple. It was to capitalize on the digital medium to promote brand awareness and generate a strong following on different Social Media Platforms. The strategy revolved around forming a loyal online community where users were entertained on price and product availability queries on Facebook only, saving them the time and effort of visiting and re-visiting the outlet to get their desired product. This way TNBT successfully exploited the social platform of Facebook to drive traffic to the ISM outlets.
TNBT focused more on making a community for Imtiaz Super Market Online .This was done by showing fans the same love and affection which they see on-ground, by answering their queries in real time. Special shoutouts were used as an act of appreciation for the fans. These along with usual interactions were used as a liaison for the brand and users.
The success of the page interactions were seen by the ever increasing no. of active monthly users and the daily new likes on the page.
TNBT not only helped create followers but was also responsible for making loyal brand customers.
This does not end here, with Ramadan starting right after the page launch; TNBT doubled the efforts to increase sales at ISM. TNBT promoted the Ramadan deals in full swing. Picture format along with daily ahadis was used to keep the users engaged along with keeping the spirit on Ramadan alive on the page.To sum it all up, TNBT and ISM’s joint collaboration proved to be a huge success in creating a no. of fans on Social Media and in making those fans regular customers.
Shell knocked on TNBT’s door with the sole thought of launching a campaign where they could get users to interact, compete and qualify for attending F1 race in France. All they asked TNBT was to bring to life their thought of a successful campaign for Shell where they could register users for the Ferrari Event.
TNBT understood Shell’s needs and came up with a happening proposition by the name of ‘Shell Ferrari Experience’.
They thought and came up with the big idea of bringing the Ferrari Experience to life on Digital via an experiential campaign.
It was simple and addictive. TNBT created the same F1 experience online, using the same gaming elements, like the cars, the tracks, the sound; everything was to be an exact replica of F1.
TNBT created different touch points for Shell where users could interact at different levels and qualify themselves for the lucky draw to win a ticket to the Ferrari Event in France.
An integrated point system was also developed which had a referral system, a game and a quiz revolving around Shell products to keep the users engaged and well entertained at the same time.
TNBT succeeded in creating the same Ferrari racing experience for the Netizens online. A successful microsite was run with a total dwell time of 5minutes for each visitor. 5000 referrals were sent via users with more than 12,000 users playing the game.
TNBT was presented with the task of positioning Cadbury as a brand that places great importance on family and relationships. The core objective for TNBT was to get people to interact with the brand and establish an emotional affiliation with the brand.
A micro-site was fashioned where users could specifically create their own family trees and could pick and send personalized messages to loved ones. The activity was boosted with incentives being offered to those who created the largest family tree. Winners were announced at the end of the campaign. Both Facebook connect and email sign-ups were used for this campaign. Online advertising was also used to drive traffic to the website.
More than 2,100 trees were created on the micro-site with an average time of more than 3 minutes being spent. The family tree campaign by Cadbury proved to be a great success with more than 9,400 messages sent in just 37 days.
L’Oreal Paris stepped into the Digital world with the aim of educating the elite on the different products the brand offer via different Social Media Platforms. The challenge for TNBT was to create awareness and provide education with a pinch of product learning blended with different activities for engagement to increase their overall fan following on social.
TNBT captured the true essence of the International beauty brand and positioned it on social.
A Facebook page and a YouTube Channel were created for L’Oreal Paris Pakistan where numerous activities conducted on-ground were projected on social along with a blend of different themes to keep the users hooked.
Customized landing tabs were created where users were encouraged to take part in competitions / contests and get personalized expert advice on their skin/hair concerns.
Some of the most user appreciated campaigns include the Mall Animation coverage, Experts Advice, Cannes Film Festival, Color Story – The play of colors, and Revitalift Stimulift – For younger looking skin.
TNBT succeeded in making more than 39,000 fans on Facebook with about 28,000 monthly active users.
Loyal fans are made on page with the idea of personalized response on page showing users that brand is always available for them.
With this great a number, the page has proved to be quiet a success. Given the great fan following and users love and participation on the page, L’Oreal Paris Pakistan desires to maintain its interactivity with its fans and promises to commence activities which fans can identify and associate with.

LG – Life’s Good!
LG gave TNBT the task to create a Digital Media presence that would help LG connect and engage with its consumers presenting to them online promotions and awareness of different LG products right on their computer screens. A platform where fresh content could be delivered to the consumers, without the hassle of visiting the outlets.
Keeping LG’s needs in mind, TNBT worked to build a connection between the Netizens and LG’s team by proposing a corporate blog where they can communicate the initiatives being taken by LGs Pakistan team and broadcast the upcoming events and products. A strong social presence was also established by integrating all popular social media platforms on the blog where social media was used to diffuse the content and get feedback from the users. TNBT tied together all social media networks on one platform to give LG it’s Digital hub.
Content was diffused through bloggers and was also simultaneously being shared on Facebook and Twitter.
FAYSAL BANK T20
Faysal Bank hosts their cricket tournaments twice an year and their aim was to use Social Media as a forum to promote their events! Faysal Cricket stepped into the Digital World with the aim to spread awareness, to unite all the cricketing fans at one forum and in turn promote their event. The challenge for TNBT was to create awareness, to keep the fans updated on cricketing news all around the globe, to engage users by getting them to support their team, and to increase the fan base as quickly as possible but getting genuine cricket fans!
TNBT recruited many true cricketing fans and adopted different activities in the process. They made special pages for all the teams participating in the tournament and recruited fans on these pages as well. A heat meter was created on which the users were asked to select the team that they supported. Communication was carried out through these team pages during their matches on the page, which included updates about the match. Post match pictures were posted on the Facebook page, daily a “caption this picture” photo was posted, Videos of the matches were also posted on Youtube.
TNBT succeeded in making more than 36,500 fans on Facebook with an average of 8,000 daily active user. The campaign was a big success and we were able to increase 20,000 fans during the campaign! With this great a number, the page has proved to be quiet a success and it is getting bigger and better. Given the great fan following that has been seen on the page, Faysal Cricket hopes to maintain its interactivity with its fans and promises to always bring something new to the page so that the fans never lose interest!
Creating a social presence on Facebook for Candi that is unique and interactive and that would capture a strong fan base with activities that not only offer high end incentives but gets users to share their content with the brand and the fellow fans, was the task at hand for TNBT.
TNBT used the Valentine’s Day Application as their initial activity to kick off on the page asking users to broadcast their love for their valentine by stating what they could do for their valentine. An application was launched here making the activity engaging for the users. People with the most likes to their content were announced on the page by the brand as well.
A focus on the tagline “Anything for Candi” was made and all campaigns were conducted around it.
Contests and interaction were centered on this concept and winners were announced regularly to keep the fans hooked.
As time progressed, different activities and occasions were capitalized on, April Fools and Cricket World Cup to name a few.
An astounding no of 30,000 fans were acquired within 10 days of the Facebook Fanpage launch. User generated content was extensively shared on the page with immense interactivity via various posts by the brand. Fans continue to grow on the page with the current fan count being more than 56,000 fans. The concept of “Anything for Candi…” played well with for all brand communication.

L’Oreal Paris joined hands with PFDC to bring together one of the most happening event of its time – The PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week. The task for TNBT as L’Oreal Paris’s Digital Media Agency was to promote the Love Affair between Fashion and Make up. It was to drive L’Oreal Paris as the leader in beauty and fashion and to reinforce this view by sharing EXCLUSIVE Bridal Week Content LIVE from the ramp and engaging fans to interact by offering them incentives through various activities conducted on L’Oreal Paris’s Facebook Fanpage. December was celebrated as the Month of the Brides. Notes/ Dos and Don’ts for Brides/ Tips and Tricks were shared in the initial phase of the campaign to stir the emotions of the wedding season. Various tabs were launched on L’Oreal Paris’s Facebook Fanpage to keep the users hooked and interacting.
A total of 4 tabs were launched. FREE Pre-wedding Bridal Services and Lucky Draw passes were used as an incentive to reward the deserving.
Paparazzi’s were taken on board via a Facebook contest to cover the life of the event.
Aamina Sheikh shared her Bridal story with the Fans and encouraged them to come forward to share theirs to get a chance to be the Bridal Diva and win exciting prizes from L’Oreal Paris.
Free passes were also given to 4 lucky winners via a Lucky Draw Contest. December was used as the month of the brides to build hype before the PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week. Fans were promised exclusivity for this Campaign.
TNBT took up the challenge of bringing LIVE Updates from the ramp to L’Oreal Paris’s Facebook Fans. Backstage Video snippets and pictures were shared. Ramp pictures from each of the showcase were uploaded within 30mins of the show. Users were given the ramp experienced ONLINE.
